*NEW* for 2019, Gourmet Everyday has expanded to include food-centric, themed, private parties and pairings throughout Central Florida.  What does this mean?  Simply put, we bring the food, the instruction, and the party to you. Whether you choose from one of our pre-selected food-themed parties or you have specific requests, Chef Amy & Sous Chef Annette come to your home (or venue) with all the ingredients to educate and entertain your guests with food, drinks, desserts, or whatever your heart (and taste buds) desires.

With over 20+ years in education each, Amy & Annette can teach you and your guests everything from preparing simple recipes perfect for weeknight dinners to extravagant, crowd pleasing dishes.  From their years of performing on camera and entertaining crowds at Bok Tower Gardens, Amy & Annette can also bring their knowledge (and excitement) of wine, craft beer, and liquor to the party with specialized pairings and even recipes using your favorite spirits.

Girls Night In…Sangrias & Salsas
Invite your BFFs and stay in with Amy & Annette as they share a variety of sangria recipes that are perfectly paired with several salsa recipes.  This party typically consists of 3 sangrias (red, white, and sparkling) and 3 salsas (traditional, creamy, and fruit), but can be tailored to fit your party and guests.

Pasta-bilities…Homemade Pasta and Sauces
Perfect for the family, including kids, this party brings the basics of pasta making and creative sauces to your kitchen.  This party typically makes 3 different pastas with 3 different, creative sauces, and can be tailored to fit the family’s taste buds.

Craft Central…Craft Beer Recipes & Pairings
From Amy’s years of working with Florida craft breweries, she brings the knowledge of craft beer and perfectly paired & infused recipes to your party. This party includes craft beer pairings as well as recipes using a variety of craft beer styles and can be designed to feature your favorite style or brewery.

Jam Up Party…Homemade Jams & Jellies
Roll up your sleeves and let’s make jam (or jelly).  From years of teaching local 4H groups, Amy & Annette bring all the equipment and knowledge for making your a batch of your favorite jam.  No favorite flavor?  That’s okay! Amy & Annette can make suggestions.

Comfy Crafted Cocktails
Invite your closest friends over for a comfy night in.  Amy & Annette will craft creative cocktails and paired snacks themed with your favorite libation. This party includes cocktails and snacks, but can be designed to include a full dinner paired with the evening’s cocktails.
